We ship mostly through Australia Post and pack all our packages securely using bubble wrap and padded bags or boxes where applicable/indicated.
All orders will come with tracking and express post is available upon request.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday and dependent on the Australia Post network, so please check their website or tracking number provided for any delays to your area.
Orders are shipped once payment has cleared. Please be aware that at times there have been delays with the Australia Post network which we are not responsible for.
Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday.

S&GA provides flat rate shipping for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.
Tracking number will be provided.

We currently offer shipping estimates to all our international customers but always welcome enquiries from residents in countries not listed.
If your package weight exceeds 5kg then you will be charged a flat oversize rate.
All international packages will have a tracking number for your security.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Sports and Gaming Australia (S&GA) returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Items that are on Sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as any item not in its original condition and damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and If you exchange it for the same item.
S&GA are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or a store credit if you choose.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
